Farmers Market is located at the corner of Third and Fairfax in Los Angeles California.

This original Farmers Market was created in 1934 when 18 farmers parked their trucks on vacant land at Gilmore Ranch to sell fresh produce to locals who flocked to the location.

Now, the farmer market offers various kinds of shops including grocery & specialty foods, clothing & accessories, restaurants, gifts & specialty shops, and book stores.

Tourists and Los Angeles locals enjoy coming out here to shop and eat international foods.

Walt Disney sat at a Farmers Market table while he designed Disneyland, and it is said that James Dean ate breakfast here, shortly before getting into his car and going for the last drive of his life. Today, groups of writers, directors and Hollywood executives gather for breakfast meetings here at the farmers market.
