How to lower your grocery bill

I found an interesting article from LA Time discussing about the 10 tips to trim your grocery bill.

My wife and I always shop at multiple types of grocery stores from Ralphs, Trader Joe's, Mitsuwa, Nijiya, Freshia, Whole Foods, Bristol Farms, etc. What we've learned that depending on where you buy your produces or products, every grocery stores have their own price, which could be really different.

I recommend you check out Korean market if you want fresh vegetables for a cheaper price (I'm talking really cheap). If you want good quality Japanese package goods and thinly sliced meat or fresh fish, then go to Japanese markets.

If the gas price is high, i would not recommend driving far since it defeats the purpose of lowering your grocery bill, but definitely scope out your neighborhood and find out which store have the best deal per type of items. You can definitely save some cash there.
